Terms for group reservations

SALES TERMS:

Confirmation and Payment

Final Guest Count: The binding number of guests must be confirmed at least 30 days (for large groups) or 14 days (for small groups) prior to the event. This number will be the minimum billing base.
Prepayment: For groups, a prepayment of 50–100% may be required to secure the booking.
Menu & Dietary Requirements: Menu selection and all dietary restrictions must be submitted at least 30 days (for large groups) or 14 days (for small groups) prior to the event.
Payments are primarily accepted via credit card or advance bank transfer.
Prices include taxes: accommodation and food 13,5 % other 25,5 %. The amount of persons attending must be informed to the restaurant with smaller groups under 50 persons14 days prior to the event.
If there will be more people than informed in advance this will be charged after. The drinks will be charged according to consumption, by bottle. The order can be also paid by card when leaving. The payment is due 7 days after the event unless otherwise agreed in written confirmation.
When making arrangements for billing we will check out the creditworthiness of the client. If the amount to be charged by invoice is less than 350 eur we will add a 9 euros handle fee to the invoice. The restaurant reserves the right to make changes in case of Force Majeure.
Booking and cancellation terms can be arranged differently if it is agreed in advance with the client in the written confirmation.

TERMS FOR CANCELLING

Cancelling the reservation for 10 – 50 persons, groups and private parties.
• When cancellation is done 30 days prior to the reservation date, there will be no charge.
• When cancellation is done 29 – 14 days prior to the reservation there will be a 50 % charge as cancellation fee according to the informed amount of people.
• When cancellation is made later than 14 days prior the reservation date, the client is charged 100 % of the reserved services according to the informed number of persons.

Cancelling the reservation for over 50 persons reservation for groups and private events
When cancellation is done 60 days prior to the reservation date, there will be no charge.
• When cancellation is done 59-30 days prior to the reservation there will be a 50 % charge as cancellation fee according to the informed amount of persons.
• When cancellation is made later than 30 days prior the reservation date, the client is charged 100 % of the reserved services according to the informed number of persons.

General terms for cancellations

All the special arrangements that the restaurant has done or booked for the client will be charged according to the reservation. For example: performing artists, special decorations, opening hours etc.
• If there is no menu chosen for the reservation due to late booking time, the restaurant can charge the cost according to the cheapest menu on our list. (buffet or group menu)
• In case of cancellation drinks are charged if they were specifically ordered for the reservation or made for it.
